Our well-kept grounds and gardens are the envy of many. The co-op is in close proximity of the railway station, schools and local amenities. A grocery shop within the premises caters to the needs of not only the members but also residents from the neighbouring areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the secrets to our success is voluntary participation of some of our members who keep close eye on the daily operation of the co-op. We also enjoy daily pickup service from the local government for garbage. We employ local gardeners and landscapers to keep our property its best throughout the year. We employ security service providers to take care of security of the premises. We have entered into annual maintenance contracts with many contractors to keep our gutters and drains flowing, wells recharging, water flowing, elevators functioning and exterior lighting working properly. <\/span><\/p>\n

No wonder then, that life at Disha Sanskruti is peaceful. <\/span><\/p>\n

Disha Sanskruti is a happy mixture of families, couples, singles and seniors who enjoy being active participants and neighbours in our community.<\/span><\/p>\n

We take pride in our buildings, grounds and the volunteering that it takes to manage this co-operative. <\/span><\/p>\n

We celebrate festivals with spectacular fanfare and enthusiasm. <\/span><\/p>\n

Members purchase shares amounting to a small percentage of the value of the unit they occupy. The shares are refundable should the member leave the co-operative. <\/span><\/p>\n

Disha Sanskruti is the largest housing co-operative in Aurangabad. Built in 2008, it has a vibrant community living in 6 tall apartment buildings, 38 twin banglows and 74 independent banglows on 7 well-kept private roads.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
